  Hello all! Can you believe that Dr. Em celebrated its one year anniversary this past August? And I have you to thank! I am grateful that we are all enjoying a lifestyle where we care about our health and wellness by staying away from products with synthetic chemicals and preservatives. Even a simple lotion you buy at the supermarket has so much harmful things in it that it's mind boggling why it continues to take space in store shelves! Well, not really mind boggling. Habits are hard to change and large companies control the narrative and our life literally. It would have been a different story if we happen to live in the UK. Many of the known chemicals that put people at risk for cancer and other medical disorders have now been removed from their health and beauty products. Perhaps, our great grandchildren's generation may see this change in our country. I sure hope so.....  I believe w e can do something small but hopefully with big consequences - by being good examples to
